So this is my first real attempt at cell shading. I had tried doing it before but wasn't using a good method and I didn't like how it came out. Rochelle showed me her technique, and I kinda did a spin on that using the lasso tool to come up with this.
I kinda like how it came out, and might even make mouspads or something out of it! I kinda went crazy on the tail, and I might redo it, but for now I kinda like it. His fur looks like fire, but eh.
It still looks wrong to me, probably because I was using 100% WHILE cell coloring it and I'm not used to how it looks faded. Probably next cell shading project I do I'll add a few more shadow and highlight layers.
The background is just...there. It's not really supposed to be a moon or anything. :-/
Suggestions welcome.

Basically the shadows and highlights are done on separate layers, and you adjust the opacity accordingly. And you can choose appropriate colors for the highlights and shadows depending on your light source and blah blah blah.
